M-Power is a 10-week exercise program designed for women as they navigate the menopause transition and beyond. The program is evidence-based with a focus on progressive resistance training and is a fantastic introduction into strength training for individuals who do not regularly exercise or who are unsure on how to add it into their exercise regime.

M-Power focuses on:​

  • Improving bone health

  • Building muscle

  • Improving balance

  • Improving menopausal symptoms

  • Enhancing overall health

​

M-Power includes:

  • 1 x weekly group class for 10 weeks with an exercise professional

  • Pre & post program testing

  • Home exercise program accessed via smartphone app

  • Education resources

Cost:

$310 (10 weeks) *may be claimable with private health insurance
